10 quick tips
- Dim lights 60 minutes before bed.
- Phone out of reach (another room if possible).
- 4-7-8 breathing (or 4/6 exhale focus).
- Write a “worry list” + next step for tomorrow.
- Cool the room a bit.
- No heavy food right before sleep.
- Same wake time (even after a bad night).
- Read 5 pages (paper/ereader no doom).
- Warm shower then cool air.
- If awake: get up, low light, calm activity.
