How to do it
- Go outside within 60 minutes after waking.
- 5–10 minutes (longer on cloudy days).
- No sunglasses if safe; don’t stare at the sun.
Make it automatic
Pair it with an existing habit: coffee on the balcony, short walk, trash run.
