What it is
A simple inventory that shifts attention from deficits to resources—without pretending everything is fine.
How to do it (10 minutes)
- List 10 things you’ve handled well in the last year.
- Extract 5 strengths (e.g., persistence, kindness, clarity).
- Pick 1 strength to use today.
Example
Strength: reliability → Action: finish one small task you’ve been avoiding.
