What it is
Values are directions (not goals). They help you choose actions even when motivation is low.
When to use it
- When you feel stuck or reactive.
- When you’re busy—but not moving forward.
- When self-worth feels shaky.
The 3–1 exercise (fast)
- 3 values: pick three words (e.g., family, honesty, growth).
- 1 action: a 5–15 min step that expresses one value today.
Example
Value: care → Action: send one honest message / plan one walk.
